You must be 100% satisfied with your “Turtle Treasures” purchase or you may return it for a full refund (less shipping costs) within 30 days.  Please call or email for return instructions.   Please contact me as soon as possible if you received an item that was damaged in shipping.   See Contact Page for information on how to best reach me.

The good news here is that your turtles don’t need much of either!  “Turtle Treasures” have a non-yellowing UV protective coating and may be placed outside in the garden or on your patio, and of course in your home or office.  If you live where the winters get snowy and cold please bring your turtles indoors until it warms up again!  Make sure you place them where they will not easily get knocked off something or stepped on.  They are so “cute” that kids are naturally drawn to them.  Please advise them to handle with care as you would any special knick-knack.

Tucked Inside the Shell: “Your Privacy”

All contact information including email, telephone number, address, etc. which are provided by the customer are used only for the purpose of completing the order.  This includes information that you may have provided for a gift recipient.  Financial information including credit card numbers, expiration dates and billing addresses are also used only in processing orders.

The Tortoise Beats the Hare: “Shipping and Handling”

“Turtle Treasures” are each shipped at a per item rate with UPS Ground 2-7 days for $15.95 in the USA, or USPS Parcel Post 2-7 days for $12.95 in the USA (International rates are higher).  If you need an item shipped express please call me.  Great care is taken in both packaging and shipping my “Turtles” to make sure they get to you in a reasonable amount of time and safely cross the “Finish Line!”
